NOVEMBER 2008



If your goals is to increase profits, then sell your customers anything you can get your hands on. You don't need to worry about making sure that the products you sell actually help your customer - heavens no. Just sell them anything. Most marketing consultants will tell you that when you cross sell, you should sell related products that further "serve" your customers - and help them even more. Phooey, I say.
