OCTOBER 2008


I firmly believe that once you bag a client, you don't really need to take any steps to keep them coming back. They're yours. Forever.

Oh sure, we always do those "Loyalty" programs, but we don't really mean it. Once you've become a customer, it is NOT really necessary to exceed your expectations any more to keep you coming back.
