APRIL 2008


You know, people always tell me that the customer is always right. Except when they are wrong. Right? Well anyway, I am just saying that I think I can do a much better job building customer loyalty by doing NOTHING to generate customer delight. If they have bought from me before, they will be a customer for life. I think. I don't even have to exceed their expectations to keep 'em coming back. The consumer has no other options, and even if I argue with my customers and take them for granted, they will keep on buying from me! -Biff
